How do you charge?
Your in-home consultation is free. Color 3-D design renderings are also free. If you choose to purchase the cabinets elsewhere but would like to use our design, the fee is $750.
Do you have a showroom?
Erika McCann Kitchens, LLC is a home-based business with a working showroom. However, we can bring the showroom to you! We travel with door samples, wood color chips, counter samples and much more! Low overhead means lower prices.
How much will my project cost?
In addition to a cabinet by cabinet price quote, we can provide you with a detailed spreadsheet outlining the cost of virtually every aspect of your renovation.
Do you help with the entire kitchen or just the cabinetry?
We are happy to help with all aspects of your renovation project including lighting, appliances, tiling, flooring….. If we don't have the expertise, we know someone who does! We have trade discounts with many local and on-line vendors and are always happy to pass along the savings to our customers.
Do I have to use your installer?
No. While we have an extensive list of reliable contractors, we are always happy to work with whomever you are most comfortable.
How long does it take to get the cabinets?
On average, cabinets are delivered within 5 weeks of ordering. A cabinet trucking company will bring your cabinets into your home. Delivery fee is included in the cost of the cabinetry.
What if something comes broken?
Should something arrive damaged, Bertch will ship a replacement free of charge within two weeks. Should something break after installation (not due to normal wear and tear), a replacement will be shipped free of charge within two weeks. Bertch has a Lifetime Limited Warranty on their products.
Is it possible to get a sample of my actual door before ordering?
Yes. Should you select a door, wood and color that we don't already have, a free door sample will be ordered.
What if I want a custom color?
No problem! Bertch will use any Sherwin-Williams color you want! Custom colors are 5% more than the standard colors offered by Bertch with a set-up fee of $750.
